The beginning
Bios Technologies opens its doors in the Outaouais, selling, repairing and supporting computers for businesses across the region.

For some fifteen years, Bios Technologies Inc. builds its reputation one client at a time: federal and provincial public bodies, hospitals, small businesses and large companies, from Ottawa to Montreal. Courteous, professional service, in English and in French.

2018
New leadership
The company changes hands, and the new leadership also acquires the bios.ca domain. Bios Technologies becomes Bios IT Solutions, and keeps the number its clients know by heart: 819 770-6122.

Moving to the cloud
Microsoft 365, cloud backups, remote work and cybersecurity: Bios helps its clients move to the cloud and adapt as remote work becomes the norm.

The age of AI agents
Bios deploys its own AI agents, hosted on its infrastructure in Quebec. They monitor, fix and prevent issues 24/7, while the human team stays in charge of every decision.
